Repair and service round the clock

Run-in and archieve the performance level, adapt to changes in the series, repair in case of wear and damage. Lifelong support for moulds made by us is a matter of course. Our service to the customer also means that every project – regardless of size and duration – has a responsible project manager. And so our customers always have a professional Key Account Manager in charge. Our 24-hour hotline also ensures that we are always available and accessible to our customers. Furthermore, on request we also train our customers to use the moulds in order to familiarise them with the functionality and special features of the corresponding technology. As a result, our moulds in production ensure maximum reliability and therefore added value.

In order to further improve our service, we have outsourced the repair, maintenance and modification service to a separate department. This department is available to our customers round the clock, seven days a week. And the best is, that the service is not just for tools we have made. Our services also apply to tools made by other toolmakers.

The service department is technically completely independent. It has its own machinery park with CAM programming, a welding room and quality assurance with all the necessary measuring equipment. Our own CAD capacities for checking and processing the corresponding design data and a pick-up and delivery service round off this offer.
