ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

Print your Identity

Beyond conventional tool and mould making, we offer our customers innovative technologies in the field of additive manufacturing of plastic and metal components.

For the best solution to your application case, we have an excellently trained team of development engineers in addition to our tool and mould making specialists.
Thanks to our experience and flexibility, we are able to solve the most diverse requirements and problems of our customers.
You have a problem? We have the solution!

For metal 3D printing, we at Meissner have developed our own system that can also produce larger components. Dimensions of 2,000 mm x 1,500 mm x 1,200 mm are possible. At the same time, it works faster than many other systems: it can already process up to 8 kg of material per hour.

Metal 3D printing by Meissner AG thus offers you an alternative with added value. Models do not have to be elaborately produced first, and production is also resource-friendly as less material is required.

In addition to generating new components, coating is also possible. Here, for example, we can coat basic bodies made of low-cost materials with higher-quality material. This often means lower costs with similar or even better strength. If you have particularly stressed components, we apply an anti-wear coating or repair components that are already worn.

In all 3D printing projects, we accompany our customers very closely so that we can change and adapt things quickly. Thanks to our extensive design department, we are flexible in file format and can read and edit all common formats.

Even if you don’t have a print-ready file, a sketch or a finished component is enough for us to create a product. Meissner will do the rest for you. In plastic 3D printing, we are able to process numerous materials (including UV-stable, alcohol-resistant or flexible) and therefore offer solutions for a wide range of industries and challenges.
